How do I take or use sea moss gel?

Our sea moss gel is very versatile and easy to add into your daily routine. It can be taken directly by mouth or mixed into your favorite foods and drinks like coffee, yogurt, smoothies, protein shakes, juices, applesauce, and oatmeal.
Sea moss gel can also be used in baking and cooking as a natural thickening agent for soups, sauces, desserts, and more.

How much sea moss gel should I take?

We suggest taking 2 tablespoons daily. Please keep in mind that sea moss contains iodine and consuming large amounts in a short time frame could lead to iodine poisoning and potentially affect the thyroid. Taking 2 tablespoons daily is the appropriate amount without causing any negative affects.

How long is sea moss gel good for?

Our flavored sea moss gel is good for up to 10 days refrigerated. Our plain sea moss gel is good up to one month refrigerated. Upon receiving immediately place your gel in the refrigerator. Wipe the jar, rim, and lid after every use to ensure it does not rust or mold.

Can I freeze my sea moss gel?

Yes! Freezing sea moss gel is a great way to extend its shelf life. Frozen sea moss gel is good up to 3 months. Freezing it will not change its nutritional value in any way.

Where is your sea moss from?

Our 100% Wildcrafted sea moss comes from St. Lucia. We work closely with a supplier that ensures we receive the best sea moss available.

Each shipment comes with a phytosanitary certification. This certification verifies that the exported plants or plant products have been inspected, treated, and found to be free from quarantine pests and have met the specified phytosanitary standards.

Do you test for heavy metals?

Sea moss is a natural marine plant that absorbs minerals and trace elements from the ocean where it grows. Like all naturally grown foods, including fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other plants, it may also absorb naturally occurring trace amounts of heavy metals from its environment.

Our wildcrafted sea moss is sourced from waters that are regularly monitored and tested. We do not harvest sea moss from areas with elevated heavy metal levels or when testing indicates conditions that do not meet our sourcing standards. However, because sea moss is a natural product grown in the ocean, it is impossible to guarantee that it is completely free of trace heavy metals.

This is not unique to sea moss. Many foods grown in soil or water naturally contain trace amounts of heavy metals due to their presence in the Earth's environment. We remain committed to sourcing the highest quality wildcrafted sea moss and maintaining strict quality standards throughout our production process.

How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped via UPS every week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after 5 pm Tuesday will be shipped the following week. This schedule ensures the safety and timely delivery of packages. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this information via email after one week of placing your order, please contact us at 501-492-9690.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is offered in Little Rock and Jacksonville, AR Monday-Saturday. We also offer pickup in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX on select dates. Please call 501-492-9690 for more information.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Our sea moss is a natural health food made with real ingredients and contains no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. While many of our sea moss gels are fruit flavored, they are not intended to taste like highly processed foods or desserts. Flavor and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch because we use natural ingredients.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require clear photos of the damaged product(s), the shipping box, and the shipping label so we can evaluate the claim. Please send to infomendedsouls@gmail.com or contact us at 501-492-9690.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the original item whenever possible. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Chargebacks or payment disputes should only be filed in cases of unauthorized transactions or when we are unable to resolve a legitimate issue. Customers who file fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks after receiving their order as agreed may be prohibited from making future purchases. We reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor or appropriate authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected.

If you are pregnant, nursing, have a thyroid condition, are taking medication, or have concerns about dietary heavy metal exposure, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming sea moss or any dietary supplement.
